LIVE this principle each and every day. It might take a few days, but you will certainly feel the difference in your enthusiasm for life. If you realize that you love being amidst nature, plan out your holiday. Maybe an outing with your children could be enough to recoup with your energy. On the other hand, you might even want to change your job, or start a new business, that is more in line with your mission.

How to Have Confidence by Adopting a Realistic Attitude

If you are struggling with how to have confidence in your life, you are not alone. Most people think that self-confidence is something that lucky people have, people who can do anything and everything.

I know that achievement-based thinking is not the true way to feel worthy. I get some satisfaction when I achieve things that I set out to do, but I know that failures have nothing to do with my personal worth. I was born worthy.

2. False Belief:

The past has shown me how to have confidence in myself or not. My past is my most important guidance-system.

Realistic Belief:

As we grow we don抰 have the same vulnerabilities we did when we were young. You抳e gained some awareness on what you think should continue to influence you in life. You choose which areas of the past that you抣l allow to steer the present, but you don抰 have to be a slave to the past.

3. False Belief:

Everybody knows that bad things happen more than good things. The good things I do can抰 be given too much importance with all the bad. People remember the bad so I should, too. Maybe if I concentrate hard enough, I抣l have less bad results.

Realistic Belief:

I know that if I win 4 out of 5 times, that dwelling on the one time I lose and how terrible I feel is not a positive outlook. I know I can抰 win all the time! It抯 enough for me to do well at something most of the time.

I can use how good it feels to win next time things aren抰 falling my way, because I know it抯 only a temporary setback.

Learning how to have confidence has a lot to do with learning how to have a more realistic attitude towards life抯 ups and downs.

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel.  It is easy to read and understand.  Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes.  Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "Viral Link Blaster" links.  You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Viral Link Blaster Ad Generator, which is very easy to use.  You can create as many links and as many ads as you like.  And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference.  Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login.  Very smart!
